  • In accordance with Colorado state liquor laws, The Good Bar does not purchase or resell alcoholic beverages at any time.

Instead, all beverages for your event are purchased directly by you from a licensed retailer or vendor. This keeps everything fully compliant with state laws and gives you complete transparency on costs.

    Here’s how the process works:

    1. We Help You Plan the Order
Based on your guest count, menu decisions, and service style, we create a detailed beverage recommendation and quantity estimate to be approved by you directly before it’s submitted to a vendor.

    2. You Purchase Directly From the Vendor
We submit the recommended order to a licensed retailer on your behalf, but payment is always made directly between you and the vendor. This can usually be done via phone call or email. You receive a receipt as the authorized purchaser in the transaction.

    3. We Handle the Logistics
Once purchased, we coordinate transportation logistics and manage your inventory according to your preferences — from pick up through last call.

    A Few Important Notes

    • We do not mark up, resell, or profit from alcohol purchases.
    • All payment, return, or credit questions are handled directly with the retailer.
    • You own all alcohol purchased for your event. Unopened product returns are facilitated directly between you and the vendor.

Why We Do It This Way

This process ensures full legal compliance while giving you complete control over your beverage selections and costs. It also allows us to be as helpful to you as possible in making selections, writing order quantities, submitting orders & transporting heavy boxes of liquid. We do it all - You just have to buy it and receive a receipt.
